F100, Steel-backed Sintered Copper-Lead
This material is as popular as ever due to its' robust bi-metal structure containing sintered lead bronze and steel backing. F100 is well suited for demanding thrust load applications that are commonly found in fluid power environments. F100 is ideal in the form of a wear plate or port plate as found in hydraulic pumps. The F100 material maintains the highest load carrying capability with the highest wear and fatigue resistance of all bearing materials used in fluid applications.

F66, Steel-backed Aluminum
A general purpose material designed for high load and high wear resistant. This material is made from powder-rolled aluminum making it ideal for hydrodynamic applications where marginal lubrication and high oil temperatures exist. F66 is commonly used in oil pumps, transmissions, and engines due to the high seizure resistance and wear resistance characteristics.
NEW! F66X, Steel-backed Aluminum (Pb free)
A new and improved version of our very popular F66 bearing material, F66X is environmentally friendly and contains no lead!
F1, Tin Based Babbitt (Pb free)
Babbitt bearings have maintained a long history for being a well suited material for light load conditions. Peer's F1 material continues that history as a well suited material for hydrodynamic conditions involving; unidirectional loads, light cyclic type loads, marginal lubrication, low viscosity and corrosive environments. Typical applications for F1 are mainly camshaft bushings and automatic transmission bushings.
